Taunton Angling Association was founded around 1948 and currently offers fishing to just over 900 members, We are dedicated to making your angling experience as pleasurable as possible. Whether you're interested in match fishing, carp fishing or pike fishing, we have a venue to suit your needs. We boast some of the best fishing in the South West of England which includes 6 miles of the Bridgwater and Taunton Canal which has been known to produce large nets of Bream and some very large specimen carp and pike. Pleasure nets to 40lbs are not uncommon.

Taunton Angling Association will be holding their Annual General Meeting at 7.30pm on Tuesday, February 28th 2012, at the GWRSA Club, Station Approach, Station Road, Taunton, Somerset.
The Environment Agency will be in attendance and there will be a full buffet provided.
All members of the Association are invited to attend.
